Discover the best food and drink experiences

Hotel du Vin has teamed up with Fever Tree Tonic to combine two of Birmingham's favourite things: afternoon tea and gin.

A selection of five different gin and tonic combinations range from classic English to exotic Mediterranean flavours.

The teas on offer are equally eclectic. Old favourites like English Breakfast are joined by adventurous blends like Moroccan Mint with Rose.

The food includes mini sandwiches, bagels and scones, plus mini-versions of childhood favourites including Knickerbocker Glory.

The menu shuns prosecco in favour of champagnes, Kir Royale and a cognac Champagne Cocktail.
