Fressh will be serving up 100 per cent plant-based, fast and casual food for the masses.
Think signature house made burgers, pastas, salads, breakfast burritos, breakfast egg muffins, and even a few baked sweets like cookies and brownies.
The best part? It’s all vegan.
Founder, Vijay Singh, says:
“What’s really important about our menu is that everything is so fresh and made to order."
"All of the salad dressings, burger sauces, pastas, Parmesan cheese, meatballs, hummus and so on will be made in-house daily from scratch, and the menu will also feature gluten-free options"
The coffee is a speciality organic Granary Blend which is certified Direct Trade. It's bought straight from the growers, cutting out the traditional organisations that control certifications such as Fair Trade.
Why can't the new demand for plant-based food be for everyone, and not just vegans?
This is why Fressh is opting for recognisable dishes whilst adding a unique twist to them – Kale Caesar, Taco Bowl, Mac N Cheese, Pesto Pasta, Guac Burger to name a few.
The ethos of Fressh is treating vegan food as if it were like any other food group, and Fressh is the perfect place to try it. That's what Fressh aims to achieve – sharing healthy, delicious, wholesome fast food with Birmingham.
Fressh are expecting to open in September on 5 City Arcade, just off Union Street.
To keep up to date you can find Fressh on social media. They will also be holding lots of giveaways to celebrate the opening so be sure to follow them:
