Praza

Award winning, fine dining Indian restaurant, Praza Edgbaston, have released their new Indian Afternoon Tea menu.

It will now be served every Sunday due to its critically acclaimed success.

What's on Praza's New Menu?

The new menu, offering exclusively eggless vegetarian options, is made entirely in-house and has been conceptualised to really experiment with new ideas and techniques, bringing something fresh to the table at PRAZA.

Adding a wholly unique twist to classic flavours, the new menu sees standard dishes completely re-invented, such as the Chocolate Kachori  – a flaky, golden fried coin shaped pastry stuffed with dark chocolate filling.

Not only does the menu feature new and exclusive dishes, but the tone of the food itself is somewhat different.

Introducing more summer flavours and breaking away from the hearty options previously served, the new menu is much more light and floral.

Fruity selections such as the Strawberry Phirni and Bhapa Doi (Indian style mango flavoured steamed yogurt) has really transformed the menu in time for summer.

Rai Singh, Director at Praza Edgbaston explains:

“We really wanted to start looking at street food, expanding our Indian desserts, and match flavours and textures together in order to provide a refreshing and filling afternoon tea that is a meal in itself.”

Another introduction to the new menu is the tasteful street food options, like the Mumbai Bhel - A classic Indian Street food from Mumbai made with a blend of puffed rice, onion, tomato, green chilies and topped with chef’s special chutneys.

Rai Singh adds:

“Being pioneers, always looking to push the boundaries and give something fresh and new are what makes PRAZA so successful.”
